I can’t say enough good things about Big D Tire Shop! Yesterday, I got a flat tire right before they were about to close. I called the shop, and Ellie answered the phone. Even though they were only about 10 minutes from closing, she kindly told me to come on in and that they would wait for me. When I arrived, the team took care of my flat tire quickly and professionally. They could have easily turned me away at the end of a long day, but instead they went above and beyond to help me when I was stranded and stressed. These guys were awesome. I pulled up with a screw in my tired that Discount Tire refused to repair, and they plugged it in 5-10 minutes for $10 with zero attempt to upsell me. I went from being a walk-in with no appointment to back in my car driving down the road in under 15 minutes. I didn't get her name but the service advisor was super nice too. Will absolutely be back.
